perfect base for city strolls and park visits
the location of this hotel made it super easy to explore the city by walking to nearby attractions like the Nagoya City Science Museum, which is just under a 10-minute walk away, and the beautiful Hisaya Odori Park, a short stroll away, where I loved relaxing after a day full of sightseeing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room that allowed me to relax comfortably after exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond, even taking care of my laundry requests and folding my clothes with care. It felt like a home away from home.
Nothing to complain about.

This hotel sits right in the center of Nagoya. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby make it easy to grab a bite. My room had a nice view, but it felt a bit cramped with our luggage. The self-serve amenities bar was a hit with my kids. They couldn’t get enough of the little hair ties available. Cleanliness in the room was pretty good overall. The breakfast options exceeded what I expected in variety. However, the laundry room had only three machines, always in use. I wished for more machines to avoid waiting so long. Also, check-in was stiff. they charged 1000 yen for a brief early check-in. A bit more flexibility would go a long way.

comfortable stay but needs better amenities
The room was bigger than others I’ve stayed at in Japan, offering a relaxing area separate from the bed. I appreciated the multiple Luup parking options nearby for convenience. The location made it easy to explore local attractions within walking distance.
The subway station was a bit farther than I expected compared to other cities.

good location but could improve on cleanliness
The location made it easy to walk to local attractions, which I truly appreciated! The bathtub offered a wonderful way to unwind after long days of exploring. My room even had a nice view, adding to the overall experience.

Room had cool tablet control. Wi-Fi was decent. Crammed with luggage, though.

missingWrote a review on 08 Aprlack of cleanliness
On arrival, the room had a noticeable odor reminiscent of the previous occupant, which was less than welcoming. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with crevices in the toilet needing more attention and visibly stained carpets and curtains. The breakfast buffet was limited, feeling more like a low-tier option than what you’d expect at a mid-range hotel.

missingWrote a review on 01 Aprconvenient locationclean roomgreat breakfastmessy dining area
The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes walking from the shopping district, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room I stayed in was on the top floor (16th) and was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff ensured that my stay was comfortable and safe.
The dining area during breakfast was somewhat messy and disorganized.
